With COVID-19 on the rise in many of our communities, many people we serve are missing out on Thanksgiving with their loved ones. For the first time in Systems history, we are encouraging people to stay put instead of going to family gatherings. This will mean a different kind of Thanksgiving with people staying with housemates or some people we serve will be in their apartments alone for the holiday. To make this easier, Systems asked for sponsorships and donations to provide a holiday meal for those that decide to stay. The response was overwhelming! We were able to pay for over 119 meals and covered the cost for everyone deciding to stay home. Management team will be able to get all of the meals delivered on Wednesday just in time for Thanksgiving celebrations.
