Systems was asked to receive a proclamation from the Johnson County Board of Supervisors on October 26. The proclamation was in honor of Direct Support Professional (DSP) Recognition Day.
Jolene Sorenson, Director of Development, gave a short speech talking about the value of DSPs in our communities and the current challenges facing agencies such as Systems in recruiting and keeping people in this field.
Alex Musel, Marketing Coordinator and Jolene were able to take a photo with the Johnson County Supervisors. It was truly an honor to speak to them and we appreciate this proclamation on behalf of our staff.
